Extended  School Programme: We offer football, cricket, basketball and many other sports in this programme.

Welcome to Mid Sussex YMCA. We offer a range of services for young people, children and families.

Over the past 14 years Mid Sussex YMCA has worked particularly with young homeless people, teenage parents and young people with moderate learning difficulties. It was reformed in 1994 through Churches Together here in Burgess Hill, having previously been involved in Christian service in the area from the early 1900's until the 2nd world War. It is pleased to be developing the many sporting activities now running in tradition with the YMCA 's concern for the development of young people in mind, body and spirit and working with Hove YMCA to help young people, children and families across Sussex.

At Mid Sussex YMCA our professional youth workers offer a range of activities.

Our Programmes include:

• Holiday programmes: Range of activities over the holiday period.

• Youth clubs: Moderate Learning Difficulties youth club.

• Sport: We offer football and sports leaders courses.

At Mid Sussex YMCA we offer a range of sport based activities for young people and the community.

Our Programmes include:

• Schools: Sports programmes that can be developed to suit all ages and abilities.

Mid Sussex YMCA offers professional coaching in the school environment. The activities include football, athletics, basketball and multi-sports and can be developed to suit all ages and abilities. The programmes can be linked to the curriculum and the pupils and students personal and social development.
