Hove YMCA Family SupportFamily Solutions is the name of our counselling and mediation service for children, young people and families. We can offer you a safe space and timeout to think about solutions which may help improve your family's well-being. It offers an opportunity to work towards an agreement about the best way forward.
Can family solutions help you?
- Has your family had any changes to deal with?
- Are one or more family members coping with stress or anxiety?
- Have you had a family loss, such as a bereavement or parental separation?
- Are you experiencing communitication difficulties?
- Are you concerned about your family relationships?
What can we offer you?
All families experience times when relationships become strained. It's never too early to go to
Family support Family Solutions.
- We can offer your family a maximum of 8 free sessions.
- Who comes along is up to you, we can meet with one or more family members, whichever feels best for you.
- We can work with the children/young people in your family from aged 4 - 19 years old.
- We aim to try and make the service easily accessible to families, giving a choice of venues.
- You can ring Family Solutions to talk about whether the service might be helpful to your family.
