We Offer Free Confidential Advice
Counselling is an opportunity to talk privately about things that concern you with someone who will not judge you or tell you what to do. A counsellor is a professionally trained person who will give you the time and space to talk about any problems you might be troubled by.

Accessing the Service
If you would like to talk to a counsellor at your school or college, or want to find out whether you feel counselling could be helpful you can:
