The Lunch Club for over 55's at Marmion Road provides a 3-course lunch at low cost the Club offers activities and trips as well as friendship and support. At present we serve around 60-70 meals a week and provide trips out once a month. There is also a transport service available.

The Hove YMCA offers many different activities for parents and young children at our Y Centre in Hove. Our activities are changing all the time and we have new additions every week so please check our site to keep track of what we offer.

Fitness for Older People

The lunch club offers trips out in our minibus to a range of local places of interest – parks, gardens, National Trust homes, and shopping centres – always finishing with tea and cakes!




The club also offers social activities including:

  • Cards
  • Bingo
  • Games: Scrabble, Backgammon
  • Arts & crafts
  • Table Tennis
  • Boccia (Bowling)

When


Monday: activity session, 11 am till 12 noon at Muriel House, Ingram Crescent, donation of £1 (activities and cup of tea/coffee and biscuits)
Thursday: 1.30 till 2.30 pm, free with lunch, £1 without lunch
